Must-have
10+ years in pricing or deal strategy
Strong SaaS and term licensing fundamentals
Experience with revenue recognition principles
Ability to lead cross-functional negotiations
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
Nice-to-have
Capital markets or fintech domain knowledge
MBA or advanced degree preferred
Experience with Power BI or Tableau tools
Proven track record in scaling pricing models
Global stakeholder management experience
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or Analytics
10+ years of experience in pricing, commercial finance, or strategy consulting
Demonstrated people leadership or ability to lead through influence
