Job Summary

  • The team’s mission is to ensure Capital One’s incentive compensation programs appropriately balance performance and risk by providing independent oversight, monitoring, and effective challenge.
  • The Senior Risk Manager will be responsible for managing the oversight of incentive-related risks across all of Capital One’s incentive compensation programs, and supporting compliance with the Interagency Guidance on Sound Incentive Compensation Policies.
  • You will also bring a unique perspective and intellectual curiosity to help foster a culture that is rigorous, thoughtful and creative within an open, collaborative environment where new ideas and solutions are both encouraged and valued.
