Job Summary
This role is responsible in assisting in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing our facility’s social service programs in accordance with current existing federal, state, and local standards.
Assist residents in achieving the highest practicable level of self care, independence and well being.
Maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information including protected health information.
