This role assists in leading Consumable Associates and department processes to ensure a high level of customer service and task completion.
Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, coordinating task completion, managing merchandising displays, supporting scheduling, and contributing to a safe work environment.
The position supports training and development of associates and works in partnership with the Consumables Assistant Manager and Store Management Team.
