• This senior leadership role is responsible for defining and driving Caterpillar’s global performance enablement strategy for MineStar, turning performance concepts into scalable, deployable, and sustainable solutions.
• The Global Manager leads a diverse, high-impact organization of more than 40 professionals worldwide, including Caterpillar employees and strategic delivery partners, providing end-to-end leadership across the full performance lifecycle.
• This role sits at the intersection of technology, operations, and customer value, influencing how MineStar Performance solutions are designed, deployed, and sustained globally to help customers unlock productivity, safety, and efficiency at scale.
