Must-have
10+ years injection pharmaceutical experience
GMP and cGMP compliance knowledge
Needle cutting and visual check operations
Labelling and packaging process oversight
SHE management and safety culture
Team leadership and performance management
Nice-to-have
Strategic project design and commissioning
FAT SAT and IOPQ participation
Fluent English communication skills
MNC Bio-pharma background preferred
Continuous improvement and lean principles
Key Requirements
College degree in Pharmaceutical or Biological sciences
10 or more years operation experience in injection pharmaceutical industry
3 or more years people management experience
Experience in strategic labeling and packaging facility projects
