Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related queries, offering timely advice to colleagues via the AskHR portal and additional mailboxes across the Europe and Asia Pacific region.
Manage end-to-end processes, from onboarding to termination and lifecycle transactions, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Partner with key stakeholders across the HR function (HR Business Partners, Payroll), ensuring HR systems are up to date, and processes are aligned.
