  • Grievance management and trend analysis
  • Knowledge of Ontario employment legislation
  • Experience supporting collective bargaining negotiations

Key Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree in business, human resources, or industrial relations
  • HR designation (CHRL) preferred
  • 3-5 years of Labour Relations experience in multi-site locations
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and interpret case law
