Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this role is to drive Manufacturing Excellence across all Integer Manufacturing Facilities by designing and implementing sustainable systems.
  • Candidates will lead the annual Hoshin Planning process to gain alignment on site breakthrough opportunities and facilitate Lean Diagnosis Workshops.
