Job Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to drive Manufacturing Excellence across all Integer Manufacturing Facilities by designing and implementing sustainable systems.
Candidates will lead the annual Hoshin Planning process to gain alignment on site breakthrough opportunities and facilitate Lean Diagnosis Workshops.

Base: $134,250 - $196,900; Bonus/Equity: Cash-based incentive program; Benefits: Comprehensive package with immediate eligibility including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match
