The Workday Functional Configuration Consultant serves on the HR Sustainment team, acting as a trusted internal consultant to business stakeholders.
This role partners closely with internal clients to analyze needs, recommend appropriate Workday solutions, and configure system changes that support business objectives.
As a senior consultant, this position is also responsible to provide training as well as guide and mentor new or less experienced teammates to be successful and should possess a solid understanding of HR data and reporting.
