Job Summary

• This role will be responsible for the creation and on-going support of our proprietary platform release management process, including portal and platform release management governance.
• The success of this role will be to ensure tight cross-platform coordination of change management while planning and monitoring the overall roadmap to ensure effective dependency coordination and holistic launch activities.
• The role will be the platform front office for stability monitoring, incident management, and associate and client readiness in leading the release management processes.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Military experience
• At least 2 years’ experience in project management
• At least 2 years’ experience working closely with technology teams
• At least 3 years of banking experience
• Strong knowledge of project management
• Strong knowledge of software development
• Strong knowledge of release management
