Employees must report all changes in resident conditions, accidents, and incidents to the Health and Wellness Director and Executive Director promptly.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and maintaining hygiene while ensuring their safety and comfort.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Perform lifting and moving of residents up to 25 pounds
Complete documentation for incidents and care plans

Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Collaborate effectively with nursing personnel
Demonstrate patience with disoriented or comatose residents
Adapt to various shift schedules and work assignments
Key Requirements
High school education or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
Training on specific care tasks and equipment usage
