The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants to maintain the highest degree of quality care at all times.
The role includes administrative duties, medication administration, staff development, safety and sanitation monitoring, and participation in quality assurance and facility surveys.
The nurse is responsible for ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, maintaining accurate documentation, and fostering a positive and safe environment for residents and staff.
