Job Summary
GlobalFoundries Singapore is seeking highly skilled and motivated Experienced Equipment Engineers to become part of our starting 300mm Advance Packaging Center.
The primary responsibilities include developing and optimizing unit processes for advanced packaging, troubleshooting process and tool issues, and assisting in tooling start-up and process installation.
