Job Summary

  • The Financials Manager provides leadership and expert advice to management and to the members of his/her team as well as the overall Financial Practice, guiding implementation for the Manager’s functional area(s).
  • Responsibilities include leading and mentoring consultants, developing and retaining a diverse remote team, and ensuring adherence to Workday’s Implementation Methodology.
  • The role requires independent management of multiple projects, leveraging expertise to develop solutions, and guiding clients through facilitated design sessions based on best practices.

Key Requirements

  • Report writer & composite reporting experience desired
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
