Skills & Requirements
Must-have
implement approved treatment plan using ABA
conduct functional behavior assessments
utilize prompt fading shaping chaining procedures
Nice-to-have
build rapport with diverse patient backgrounds
experience working with young children under 8
strong communication skills for parent training
Key Requirements
Associate's Degree OR six months of ABA experience
40-hour coursework for Registered Behavior Technician Certification before hire
Completion of RBT competency assessment and exam within 30 days of hire
BCBA or BCaBA certification accepted as alternative qualification
