Job Summary
The Team Lead is responsible for assisting the Department Manager or Supervisor with employee training, answering questions, and tracking time/attendance, while maintaining their own workload.
Responsibilities include overseeing and directing daily activities of production staff, providing reports, preparing and conducting staff training, maintaining attendance records, and delegating workflows.
This role requires 40 hours per week with possible overtime and necessitates excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong working knowledge of personal computers including Microsoft Office.
