Job Summary
This role is part of the UOB Innovation Hub 2 team in Malaysia, supporting Group Business Services across Asia Pacific.
The engineer will manage end-to-end deployments for Customer Management and Credit Origination applications including SIT, UAT, and Production phases.
Candidates must possess strong hands-on experience with Windows system administration, middleware platforms like WebLogic and JBoss, and CI/CD pipelines.

Must-have
Windows Server installation and configuration
WebLogic and JBoss middleware administration
Jenkins, Aldon, and Ansible automation tools
SIT, UAT, and Production deployment management
Groovy and Windows batch scripting
Nice-to-have
IBM MQ and Connect:Direct experience
Oracle Database operations knowledge
Prior banking or financial services background
Leadership and mentoring capabilities
Proactive ownership-driven work ethic
Key Requirements
Experience with Dynamics CRM environments
Understanding of load balancers and networking infrastructure
