The Young Adult Institute Inc is seeking a Director of Nursing for various locations across the U.S. This role involves overseeing nursing operations, implementing policies, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations while providing leadership to nursing staff

Job Summary

  • Develops, maintains and implements nursing policies and procedures that conform to current standards of nursing practice, organizational philosophy and operational policies, while maintaining compliance with State, Federal and other applicable laws and regulations.
  • Oversees and supervises day-to-day operations of nurses (RNs and LPNs) and Medical Assistants (MAs) through direct oversight of Registered Nurse(s) and Charge LPNs for all Premier locations, ensuring compliant and quality service delivery.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of application of clinical quality indicators and proactively monitors performance relative to these indicators, analyzing data and addressing deficiencies or areas for improvement.
