Must-have
4+ years automotive interior lighting experience
Light pipe optics and LED integration knowledge
CATIA V5/V6 CAD proficiency
LIN/CAN bus communication familiarity
DFMEA and DVPR process experience
Supplier readiness and launch support
Nice-to-have
Full program lifecycle ownership from concept to SOP
Experience with EV startup or fast-paced OEM environment
Optical simulation tools like LightTools or SPEOS
Deep ambient lighting architecture knowledge
Software-driven color and intensity mapping expertise
Key Requirements
4+ years experience in automotive interior lighting or HMI
Proficiency in CATIA V5/V6 or equivalent CAD tools
Familiarity with DFMEA, DVPR, SCCAF quality documentation
Understanding of FMVSS and homologation requirements
