Job Summary
The Customs House Brokerage (CHB) Operations Manager is responsible for directing and coordinating the delivery of superior client service and the execution of all customs house brokerage activities in Vietnam.
Ensure the team delivers timely and accurate completion of all Import & Export declarations and Transit Movements, as well as all financial activities relevant to CHB.
Manage and lead the CHB Operation team, including conducting appraisal meetings, setting objectives, and ensuring training and development plans are in place for each team member.
