Must-have

  • 8 years relevant work experience
  • 5 years recent Scrum Master experience
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
  • Jira or similar agile project management tools
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including PI Planning

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with military Satellite Communications organizations
  • Knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure and key management
  • Experience with SAFe Agile methodology
  • Background in test automation and CI/CD practices
  • Hands-on technical contributor background

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • CSM, SSM, or PMI-ACP certification
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Active or Current TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • Full-time Scrum Master experience preferred
