This full-time role focuses on providing comprehensive care to approximately 150 dialysis patients across three outpatient dialysis units.
The provider will conduct dialysis rounds, manage end-stage kidney disease (ESKD)-related issues, and collaborate closely with the supervising attending nephrologist to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
