  • Integrated into a Fashion Boutique, your main missions will be to assist the Head of Customer Service on a daily basis.
  • You will participate in the operational management of after-sales service: tracking ongoing repairs (computerized registration of common repairs, tracking shipments to our workshops, checking items upon return, writing letters, telephone contact...).
  • To facilitate your integration into the Maison, you will benefit from an integration program, including training on the history and products of the Maison.
