Our client is an international bank and they have a few job openings for the Mortgage Banker position Responsibilities Proactively acquire and activate mortgage loan business. Sales emphasis is on individual residential and commercial loans. Establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholders (property agents, brokers) to increase referrals. Handle leads from marketing campaigns, inbound inquiries, and branch referrals, engaging both affluent and mass market clients. Implement the full mortgage loan application process, responsible for cases up to the customer's acceptance of the offer. Offer a wider range of products, including bancassurance and priority banking propositions. Keep informed on market trends and competitor offerings, conducting regular updates for target customer groups. Ability to work off-office hours and weekends for activities like show flats, campaigns, and networking events. Display exemplary conduct and ensure strict compliance with all applicable regulations and the Group's Code of Conduct Requirements Diploma or Degree in a related discipline 2+ years in Banking Sales, preferably with prior experience in Retail Mortgage. Strong knowledge of the Singapore Real Estate Market and Mortgage Regulations & Frameworks.
