Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Current active RN license required
  • 2+ years long-term care experience
  • Knowledge of epidemiology and microbiology
  • Expertise in aseptic technique and universal precautions

  • Experience with bloodborne pathogen protocols

Nice-to-have

  • APIC Certification in infection control preferred
  • PCC knowledge preferred

Key Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • 2 years or more experience in long term care
  • CPR certification
  • Working knowledge of infectious diseases
  • Maintain good standing with State Board of Nursing
