Job Summary
Provides leadership for the development activities of engineering projects, effectively planning and managing multiple projects for quality development of infrared cameras, components, and accessory products.
Maintains an active risk tracking and mitigation plan for all aspects of a project, proactively engaging development teams and Engineering Management to reduce and mitigate project risks and issues.
Regularly interacts with Product Management to clearly define and control project requirements and changes, developing a strong understanding of the business case and requirements critical to project and product success.
