Zurich Insurance Company Ltd is seeking an Underwriting Manager for Personal Lines in Hong Kong to lead the underwriting strategy and performance in the Retail segment. The ideal candidate should have at least five years of experience in the insurance industry, especially in general insurance products, and possess strong communication and negotiation skills
Job Summary
This role leads, drives and is accountable for the underwriting strategy and performance of Personal Lines (excluding Motor and A&H) under the Retail segment in Hong Kong Business Unit, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Manage the portfolio for non-Motor, non-A&H and support Personal Lines new product development.
Leverage the knowledge of market trends and distribution dynamics, and design new products and services.
