Job Summary
The incumbent will support research in the OERC by reviewing policies, conducting literature reviews, and assisting in the preparation of reports.
The individual will join the OERC team working to carry out data driven, evidence-based research and evaluation with a focus on the State of Ohio.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
3 years of relevant experience with Associate's Degree
1 year of relevant experience with Bachelor's Degree
