Job Summary

  • The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the Service team as well as day-to-day tasks resulting in Operational Excellence throughout the gym.
  • Responsibilities include customer service, monitoring and tracking revenue goals, managing retail, member fees compliance, inspecting and reporting on gym functionality and cleanliness, and partnering with other teams to improve overall gym performance.
