Must-have
5+ years progressive structural design experience
Proficiency in finite element modeling STAAD or ANSYS
Knowledge of IBC AISC ACI ASCE building codes
Experience with dynamic blast vibration thermal stress analysis
Ability to lead small teams of engineers and drafters
Nice-to-have
PE license holder
Experience with ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code
Familiarity with UFC Codes for blast loading
Project management or marketing experience

Key Requirements
BS or MS Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
US Citizenship required due to federal requirements
