A Host/ess serves as the first point of contact for guests by providing a warm welcome and introducing them to the restaurant experience.
This role is responsible for managing reservations and seating to maintain an efficient guest flow, sharing information about the restaurant concept, menu offerings, and daily specials, and responding to all guest interactions with professionalism and courtesy to ensure a positive and memorable dining experience.
