The HVAC Foreman is responsible for leading and coordinating HVAC mechanics in the preventive maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of campus HVAC systems.
This position provides first-line supervision, assigns and monitors work, ensures completion of PM and repair work orders, and supports operational continuity across academic, research, residential, and administrative facilities.

Key Requirements
Completion of required education or training and HVAC licensure
At least 10 years of experience in HVAC
