The Transfer Agency AVP is responsible for overseeing the team and day-to-day operations, acting as the main escalation point and enforcing procedures while adhering to regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities include managing staff development, ensuring adherence to procedures and policies, managing multiple clients, and reviewing TA processes across Hedge/PE clients.
The role requires strong leadership, client relationship skills, proven experience with AML/KYC/FATCA/CRS, and a detailed understanding of fund structures and the fund administration business.
