You will assist the Director of Nursing Services in directing nursing functions, participate in quality assurance programs, and ensure that nursing personnel comply with established policies and procedures.
This role involves providing direct nursing care, monitoring medication administration, participating in staff development, and maintaining safety and sanitation standards throughout the nursing service department.

Key Requirements
Nursing Degree from accredited college
Minimum 2 years experience in long-term care
Current active RN license in state
