Job Summary

• To help ensure that the Cyber, Data, IP & Emerging Tech Legal activities are conducted in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and to help the bank manage legal and reputational risks associated with these activities.
• Provide pragmatic risk management, contract/document support, privacy-by-design guidance, regulatory horizon scanning and training across the bank.
• You will support and provide expert legal advice on privacy, data and related matters, for example in relation to new customer propositions, use of new technologies, marketing, cookies, colleague as a customer initiatives, complex contractual negotiations, cyber/data breach incidents, and new legal and regulatory requirements.
