Key Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Four years experience in general construction, carpentry, fire-stopping, or painting
  • One year experience equivalent to a senior level
  • Valid OSHA 30-hour General Industry Safety and Health card
  • Demonstrated understanding of university building design standards
  • Demonstrated understanding of project process
  • Competence in three technical specialties (rough carpentry, finishing, fire-stopping, flooring)
  • Valid State of Ohio driver license may be required
