Must-have
Cyber Security Governance experience
ISO 27001:2022 framework design
NIST CSF 2.0 implementation knowledge
RBI Guidelines compliance assessment
Risk assessment from Privacy perspective
Nice-to-have
Excellent analytical skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Strong stakeholder management
Experience handling RFPs and proposals
Knowledge of VA/PT and source code review
Key Requirements
8+ years in Information/Cyber security
Bachelor Degree or higher
CISA, CISM, CISSP, CIPP, or CRISC certifications
Experience with RBI Guidelines and BFSI requirements
