The Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) is responsible for the day-to-day activities in the rehabilitation department of an assigned facility or facilities, including supervision of all therapy personnel and implementation of new programs.
The DOR is delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out all assigned duties to provide both clinical and operational oversight to the delivery of rehabilitative services.
The essential functions of this position require significant physical abilities including frequently standing/walking, reaching, pushing/pulling, talking/hearing, and exerting substantial force to move objects.
