TONGLI SHIPPING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Vessel Operator Intern to support their Operations team by coordinating with various maritime stakeholders and assisting with operational data management. The ideal candidate should be pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies and possess strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin

Job Summary

  • Check and update operations data in the system for Operations team analysis, decision making and reporting
  • Preparation of business summary, BL collection, tallying of financial statement and following up of outstanding issues with relevant parties
  • Maintain repetitive communication formats, reports and data on computer as advised by Operations / Vessel Manager
