Job Summary
Supervises and coordinates activities of stand workers in the VIP area, overseeing stand set-up, closing procedures, and ensuring work stations remain clean and sufficiently stocked.
Manages staff to ensure food preparation meets guidelines set by Legends and the board of health, and must be knowledgeable of all positions, willing and able to fill any position if needed.
Requires two (2) to four (4) years working in a fast-paced, high-end club, restaurant or catering location, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
