The role involves administrative duties, medication management, personnel leadership, nursing care functions, staff development, safety and sanitation oversight, and equipment and supply management.
The position requires participation in ongoing training, quality assurance, infection control programs, and collaboration with other departments to ensure comprehensive resident care.

Key Requirements
