Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for supporting strategies and operations of the organization's regulatory affairs function, which ensures compliance with governmental regulations or standards.
  • Manage PUC Certificate of Convenience and Necessity activities, including regulatory case management for transmission lines and substations and coordination with other utilities and regulatory agencies.
  • Exempt employees receive a fixed bi-weekly salary to compensate them for all hours worked during each pay period.
