** Honeywell is seeking a Global Regions Finance Manager to drive financial operations across Europe and the Americas. The ideal candidate will have extensive FP&A experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to partner with regional leadership to enhance financial governance and reporting. **

Job Summary

  • Drive Europe/Americas finance operating mechanism including month close reviews, forecast reviews, providing commentary for key variances and help with commentary for Earnings prep and other exec review materials.
  • Partner with Regional President and SBG BAP leads to analyze results and drive analytical insights and solutioning for Europe/Americas (Revenue, orders, BL, pipeline sufficiency etc).
  • Responsible for driving process improvements, standardization and automation including partnering with tools team to roll out self-serve tools.

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years of overall FP&A experience
  • Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant/Master’s Degree
  • Prior exposure of driving business finance metrics
  • Exposure to Tools like Tableau, Hyperion, Power BI
  • Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Essbase, HANA/BW and Hyperion
  • Strong cross functional and peer influencing skills
