Job Summary

  • The Shift Leader has day-to-day accountability for supervising the team of Production Operators, safely delivering the shift production targets, supporting maintenance activities, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work with the Production Manager to deliver on daily and weekly production schedule, achieving optimum production efficiencies and DIFOT.
  • Build the capability of the team through monitoring skills, maintaining training schedules and delivering training to the team when needed.
