• The Corporate Counsel will be responsible for providing legal services and advice to ISS STOXX and its subsidiaries, with a focus on providing legal support to the company’s global sales team in connection with the drafting, negotiation, and review of complex commercial agreements.
• Responsibilities include providing legal support to the global sales team on outbound sales agreements, structuring, drafting, reviewing, analyzing, and negotiating complex services agreements and license agreements.
