Employees must report all changes in the resident's condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected violations of protected health information to supervisors immediately.
The role requires assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and transporting them to new rooms or medical appointments.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Monitor vital signs and record data accurately
Assist residents with daily hygiene and mobility
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain strict patient confidentiality and privacy

Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Participate in shift meetings to improve services
Experience with restorative and rehabilitative procedures
