Must-have
10 years civil liability claims experience
Expertise in coverage analysis and quantum evaluation
Bilingual French and English proficiency required
Handling major loss and class action claims
Representing company in mediation and arbitration
Nice-to-have
Experience with out-of-province auto claims
Background in corporate insurance coverage
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work in a hybrid environment
Willingness to travel for case management
Key Requirements
Certificate of Expert in Claims (5A) from AMF
University degree or equivalent training
10 years relevant experience in civil liability claims
