Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years in Data Governance roles
Experience in financial services or payments
Strong grounding in DAMA DMBoK frameworks
Hands-on experience with Snowflake and Collibra
Proven ability to implement data stewardship models
Knowledge of CPS230, CPS234, Privacy Act, and CDR regulations
Nice-to-have
Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders
Cultural shift leadership for data as an asset
Experience embedding governance into BAU delivery

Key Requirements
