The successful candidate will establish enterprise-wide data quality frameworks and drive compliance with regulations like GxP and GDPR.
As a Director-level leader, you will manage a team of specialists while influencing C-level stakeholders across Manufacturing, Finance, and Commercial functions.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
SAP MDG configuration and workflow design
End-to-end SAP S/4HANA migration strategy
Master data governance framework establishment
Leadership of teams managing teams in global matrix
Integration with ERP, CRM, PLM, and WMS systems
Nice-to-have
Fluency in Spanish language
Experience with AI/analytics readiness strategies
Knowledge of data mesh and data products
Familiarity with IDMP compliance requirements
Background in M&A integration activities
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
15+ years experience in Master Data Management or Data Governance
At least 4 years in senior leadership roles
Deep hands-on experience with full-cycle SAP S/4HANA migration
